All Patriot Football families are required to volunteer for at least 2 activities throughout the YEAR to help the program run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Your son WILL NOT receive his uniform until the activities are signed up for. This is imperative to keep our program running efficiently

MISSION STATEMENT

The Cousino Sideliners Club (CSC) is an assembly of parents, devoted to developing each football student/athlete into a champion and ensuring they have an excellent, well-rounded experience in the Cousino High School football program
